Is Hyperbaric Safe?
Hyperbaric has a very good safety record. Many hyperbaric centers report only mild discomfort as a contraindication to therapy. Such a discomfort is similar to the ear pressure felt when ascending or descending in altitude. These discomforts may be minimized by descending at a slower rate. Discuss these concerns with the treating physician and hyperbaric technician.

What age groups can utilize Hyperbaric?
Hyperbarics yields wonderful results with children. In fact, research with children suffering from brain-injuries and genetic disorders shows positive results and great promise. Hyperbarics is great for those in their later years. Hyperbarics provides an immeasurable boost which counteracts the signs of aging. In fact, new research indictes that hyperbaric oxygenation slows Apoptosis (cell death).

How many sessions are needed?
The number of treatments required for hyperbaric oxygen therapy varies depending on the medical condition being treated. For instance, carbon monoxide poisoning can be treated in as few as three visits, while non-healing wounds may require 40 treatments or more

Is it recommended for users to have a medical check-up before using the chamber ?
Yes, it is recommended especially when using to treat serious medical conditions

Do you provide any necessary tubing and masks or are those bought separately?

Are there any after-effects of HBOT?
Generally, patients will experience no after-effects from HBOT. However, some patients report a popping or cracking in their ears between treatments. Additionally, some patients report slight fatigue following the first few treatments but should be able to continue with their normal daily activities
How much time needs to be between sessions?
A person can do as many as 2 sessions a day once in the morning and once at the end of the day for no more then 90 min a session
